The 3DB DEEP CRANK dives very quickly and its long lip enables it to reach great depths (4.5 m). On a simple linear retrieve, it develops a very dynamic tight swimming action with a strong rolling action that Japanese specialists call the "Bite Starter". When stopping, its high buoyancy makes it rise quickly - allowing it to pass over obstacles when bottom tapping. Alternating between pauses and cranking, this sawtooth-like action is highly effective on most predators. The 3DB DEEP CRANK is the perfect lure for systematic "power fishing" of large areas with great depths. Ideal for gravel pits with steep banks or deep streams. Like all the lures in the DB Yo-Zuri series, the 3 DB Pencil Popper combines two highly innovative technologies: - 3D PRISM FINISH: the lure features an internal holographic film which diffracts light in multiple colors. Unlike lures with an external coating, this one gives off numerous multidirectional reflections while offering the advantage of never being damaged by attacks or hook rubbing. - WAVE MOTION BELLY: the lure has grooves on its belly. As the lure swims, the water passing over them creates micro-vortexes which give off attractive vibrations.
